Every order is carefully packaged to ensure it arrives safely and in excellent condition.

Processing Times

  • Orders are typically processed and dispatched within 1-3 business days.
  • During busy periods, new product launches, or public holidays, processing times may be slightly longer. If there is significant delay, we will let you know as soon as possible. 

UK Shipping

We ship all UK orders using Royal Mail Tracked services.

Available shipping options:

  • Royal Mail Tracked 24 - Estimated delivery within 1-2 business days after dispatch.
  • Royal Mail Tracked 48 - Estimated delivery within 2-3 business days after dispatch.

Please note that these delivery times are estimates provided by Royal Mail and are not guaranteed.

International Shipping

We currently ship internationally to the United States, Canada, Australia & New Zealand.

Estimated delivery time:

  • 7-15 business days after dispatch.

International delivery times are estimates only and may vary due to customs processing, local postal services, weather, or other circumstances outside our control.

All international orders are shipped using Royal Mail International Services.

Customs, Duties & Import Charges

Orders shipped outside the United Kingdom may be subject to import duties, taxes, customs fees, or other charges imposed by the destination country.

These charges are determined by your local customs authority and are the responsibility of the customer. Crime Thriller Corner has no control over these charges and cannot predict their amount.

If a parcel is refused because import charges are not paid, any shipping costs, customs charges, or return fees cannot be refunded.

By placing an international order, customers acknowledge that they may be responsible for any applicable import charges.

Shipping Address

Please ensure your shipping address is correct before placing your order. 

Crime Thriller Corner cannot be held responsible for parcels delayed, lost or returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer.

Lost or Delayed Parcels

If your parcel has not arrived within the expected delivery timeframe, please get in touch with us and we will do our best to assist by contacting the shipping carrier.

Once an order has been handed to Royal Mail, delivery times are outside of our control.

Damaged Items

If your order sadly arrives damaged , please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photographs of the damaged item and its packaging. We will work with you to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
