At Crime Thriller Corner, every order is made and packaged with care. If you have any questions about your order, please don't hesitate to get in touch.
Returns
If you have changed your mind about your purchase, you may return eligible items within 14 days of receiving your order in accordance with UK consumer law.
Items must be:
- Unused and in their original condition.
- Returned in their original packaging where possible.
Customers are responsible for the cost of return postage unless the item is faulty, damaged, or incorrect.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned unless they are faulty or damaged:
- Personalised or custom-made products.
- Digital downloads.
- Gift cards.
Damaged, Faulty or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged, faulty, or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.
Please include:
- Your order number.
- A description of the issue.
- Clear photographs of the item and packaging where applicable.
If the item is confirmed to be faulty, damaged in transit, or incorrect, we will offer a replacement or a full refund at no additional cost.
Refunds
Once your returned item has been received and inspected, we will notify you of the outcome.
If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method. Please allow several business days for your bank or payment provider to complete the transaction.
Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error or the item is faulty.
Order Cancellations
If you wish to cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible.
Orders that have already been dispatched cannot be cancelled and must instead be returned (where eligible) in accordance with this policy.
